We do not offer returns on the products as the beauty care products have a low shelf life.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care.tvachaa@gmail.com with pictures and videos of the package and the items damaged. Send us the details of your purchase as well.
